At Meraki Medicinal, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed apparel with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a pre-paid shipping label.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all Meraki Medicinal tags and liners remain intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
